We all have a responsibility to prevent the spread of the illness covid-19. Here is a list of a few important things that we can all do:

  • Stay home even if you just feel like you have a slight cold
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Maintain your distance from others both inside and outside.
  • Maintain your distance from others on the bus, the train, the metro, tramway and other public transport.
  • Avoid going to events like funerals, christenings, birthday parties and weddings.
  • Maintain a distance from others in sporting grounds, swimming baths and gyms, and avoid using public changing rooms.
  • Do not travel during rush hour if you can avoid it.
  • Only travel if necessary.
