Mobile Voting Officers

If you do not have anyone who can vote on your behalf, your municipality can arrange for a mobile voting officer. That is also possible if you are served by Postnord AB’s rural postmen and voting by messenger with the assistance of the rural postman.

Mobile voting means that an election official comes to your home or another location where you are to collect your vote. Your vote will be prepared in the same way as an advance vote at a voting station. To book a mobile voting officer, contact the election office of Gävle Municipality.

Voting from Outside Sweden

If you are abroad during the election, you can vote from abroad. You can either vote by mail or vote in advance at an embassy or consulate.
